Acacia dentifera is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the South West and Great Southern regions of Western Australia.

The erect and loose shrub typically grows to a height of 0.6 to 3.0 metres (2 to 10 ft). It blooms from August to November and produces yellow flowers.
