Acacia chrysochaeta is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Juliflorae. It is native to an area of the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

The shrub is slender and erect typically growing to a height of 1.3 metres (4 ft). It blooms between May and June or in October producing yellow flowers. The shrub grows in sandy alluvium especially along watercourses.
