Acacia chippendalei is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Lycopodiifoliae. It is native to an area in the Northern Territory and the Kimberley and Goldfields regions of Western Australia.

The sprawling spreading shrub typically grows to a height of 0.2 to 0.5 metres (1 to 2 ft). It blooms from September to October and produces yellow flowers.
