Acacia cedroides is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area along the south coast in the Great Southern and the Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.

The dense and prickly shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 1 metre (1 to 3 ft). It blooms from August to November and produces cream-yellow flowers.
