Acacia ancistrophylla is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Plurinerves. It is native to an area in the Kimberley and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.

The prickly shrub typically grows to a height of 0.4 to 2.5 metres (1 to 8 ft). It blooms from August to October and produces yellow flowers.

There are three recognised varieties:

  • Acacia ancistrophylla var. ancistrophylla
  • Acacia ancistrophylla var. lissophylla
  • Acacia ancistrophylla var. perarcuata
