Acacia alaticaulis is a shrub to tree of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Botrycephalae. It is native to an area in eastern New South Wales.
The spindly slender shrub to tree typically grows to a height of 4 metres (13 ft). It blooms from December to May and produces cream-white inflorescences.
