Abdou Salam Baco (c.1965-) is a Mahoraisan writer; born in Mzoizia in Mayotte. After high school he went to Saint-Étienne in 1983 to continue his studies where he received a Bachelor Economic and Social Administration degree. After pursuing a higher degree of development consultancy, he began as a Doctor of Economic History in Mayotte in May 1993 with his wife and child.

Abdou S. Baco is the author of three novels and also a musician, and founder of the group Mobissa Mayotte.
