History
Abasyn University Peshawar was established in 2007 and got approval of its charter in 2009 from the Provisional Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) via bill No. PA/NWFP/Bills/2009/38457, N-W.F.P. Act No. XIII of 2009. Abasyn University established a distinctive new campus in the city of Peshawar which is spread over a lush green area of multiple acres. Pakistan Engineering Council has accredited Civil and Electrical(Power) Engineering Program. HEC’s National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC) has accredited BS in computer science. Abasyn University offers degree programs in various disciplines including engineering, computer science, business administration, pharmacy, microbiology, education and technology.
