Background
The company has two product lines: ADvendio Advertising Business Solution, a software as a service, based on force.com, the platform of salesforce.com. ADvendio aims at allowing media publishers to automate various processes related to advertising management, such as contract management, product packaging and pricing, inventory management, campaign reporting and revenue recognition as well as invoicing. The second product line is Professional Services - facilitating software implementation and business process consulting in conjunction with the ADvendio product.
History
The company was founded in 2004 as a consulting company specializing in software as a service (SaaS) and was one of the first European salesforce.com partners.
The company focuses on the media industry; mainly advertising sales management and order management as well as invoicing. Shifting away from individual customer projects the company launched a standard application ADvendio Advertising Business Solution in 2011 on the force.com platform as one of the first ISV applications on the salesforce.com AppExchange Marketplace.
The company currently has more than 100 clients worldwide - from larger entities as Bonnier Group, Ringier, ProSiebenSat.1 and Competitor Group to SMB clients.
