99 Hudson Street is an approved residential skyscraper proposed for Jersey City. The building will be the tallest in Jersey City, and the tallest in the state of New Jersey.The Developer is China Overseas America, Inc.

History
Plans for the development were first released in March of 2014. Originally, the plans called for twin towers, but after the land changed hands, the plans were changed to a single, 950 foot tower. The building was approved in early 2015 by the city.
The building was approved by the FAA in early 2016; buildings taller than 899 feet in Jersey City must seek FAA approval. Ground was broken on January 29th, 2016.
Usage
The building will be residential, and will include 700 condominiums.
