The 7th Parliament of the Province of Canada was in session from 1861 to May 1863. Elections for the Legislative Assembly were held in the Province of Canada in 1861. This was the first election in Canada to use a list of eligible voters prepared before the election. All sessions were held in Quebec City. The 7th Parliament ended following a vote of no confidence on May 6, 1863.
