66 Street is the designated name of two major arterial roads and a short rural road in east Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, separated by the North Saskatchewan River. The two major segments can be connected via the 75 Street-Wayne Gretzky Drive-Fort Road corridor.

North Edmonton

66 Street begins at 195 Avenue, travelling south and crossing Anthony Henday Drive at a recently constructed overpass. The portion between Anthony Henday Drive and 167 Avenue is closed and under construction. The second portion of 66 Street begins at 167 Avenue and travels south to Ada Boulevard, passing Londonderry Mall on 137 Avenue. The segment between 112 Avenue and 118 Avenue, is one-way (northbound).

South Edmonton

66 Street begins at Whitemud Drive as a continuation of 75 Street. It passes the Mill Woods Golf Course and Mill Woods Town Centre (23 Avenue).
