The 3rd Metro Davao Infantry Battalion (Ready Reserve), known officially as 3rd Metro Davao Ready Reserve Battalion, is one of the battalions of the Philippine Army Reserve Command, which is organic to the 22nd Infantry Division (Ready Reserve). It is an infantry unit, and specializes in Urban Operations, disaster relief, and Civil Military Operations.

A company sized contingent was trained in 2014 by the TF DAVAO, 10th Infantry Division, PA in USOT (Urban Security Operations Training) for special events, holidays and festivals in Davao City to assist as force multipliers everytime unit is attached to TF DAVAO.

All official National Holidays, emergencies or deployments requiring security measures, assistance and as needed by TF DAVAO, 10th Infantry Division, PA, 11th RCDG PA, EASTMINCOM, AFP, ARESCOM, PA, The president of the Philippines.
