The 2015 professional League of Legends season. It will culminate in the 2015 League of Legends World Championship. All five automatic bid leagues were split into spring and summer splits. 2015 saw the debut of the League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational (MSI), a tournament featuring the spring winners of the five automatic bid leagues and three international wildcard teams.

League of Legends Pro League

The League of Legends Pro League in China. EDward Gaming (EDG) won both the regular season and playoffs.

SBENU Champions

SBENU Champions was played as a double round robin with eight teams. SBENU Champions playoffs were won by SK Telecom T1. The split MVP was Lee "Duke" Ho-seong, top laner for NaJin e-mFire. The top four teams were seeded into a single-elimination playoff bracket. Teams that finished tied for 5th through 8th received ₩10,000,000 ($9,080).

Mid-Season Invitational

The inaugural League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational took place on in Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. Eight teams were invited. EDG defeated SKT in the finals 3–2.
