On 18 November 2015, a man associated with the Bosnian Salafist movement killed two Bosnian soldiers in the Sarajevo suburb Rajlovac. Witnesses say the man walked into a betting shop and shot and killed the two soldiers, before exiting and firing on a bus, injuring the driver and two passengers. Another soldier and a female employee of the shop were wounded. The shooter reportedly wore a headband with Arabic writings on it and shouted "Allahu akbar" during the attack. After a manhunt, police cornered the attacker in the building where he resided early on 19 November, whereupon the attacker committed suicide by detonating two explosives.

The attacker was identified as Enes Omeragić.
