The 2015–16 season is Tranmere Rovers' 132nd season of existence and their first in the National League following relegation the previous season. Along with competing in the National League, the club will also participate in the FA Cup and FA Trophy. The season covers the period from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016.

Pre-season friendlies
