  • Causeway United – resigned
  • Heath Hayes – relegated to Division One
  • Kirby Muxloe – transferred to United Counties League
  • Tipton Town – relegated to West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division
  • The following 5 clubs joined the Premier Division before the season -

  • Highgate United – promoted from Division One
  • Sporting Khalsa – promoted from West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division
