The Premier Division consists of 22 clubs.

The following 5 clubs left the Premier Division before the season -

  • Basford United – promoted to Northern Premier League Division One South
  • Causeway United – resigned
  • Heath Hayes – relegated to Division One
  • Kirby Muxloe – transferred to United Counties League
  • Tipton Town – relegated to West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division

    • The following 5 clubs joined the Premier Division before the season -

  • Highgate United – promoted from Division One
  • Sporting Khalsa – promoted from West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division
  • Hereford – new club
  • Bardon Hill – promoted from East Midlands Counties League
  • Heanor Town – transferred from Northern Counties East League Premier Division

    • Four clubs have applied for promotion to Step 4: Alvechurch, Heanor Town, Hereford and Sporting Khalsa.
