The 2015–16 Memphis Grizzlies season was the 21st season of the franchise in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Despite clinching the postseason, the team's roster got marred with injuries and they collapsed at the end of the season, going on to lose 16 of their last 21 games, which included getting swept by the San Antonio Spurs in the first round.
Dave Joerger was fired immediately after the end of the series, finding out after a tearful press conference.
