The 2015–16 Macedonian Third Football League is a 24th season of the third-tier football league in the Republic of Macedonia, since its establishment. It began on 29 August 2015 and ended in May 2016.

1Drita has been deducted 3 points for not showing up for the match against Vëllazërimi 77 in the First round of Macedonian Cup.
2Zajazi has been deducted 3 points for not showing up for the second leg against Gorno Lisiče in the Promotion play-off for the Macedonian Second League last season.
3Bratstvo Lisičani was withdraw from the league on the half-season because of financial problems.
