The 2014 German Figure Skating Championships (German: Deutsche Meisterschaften im Eiskunstlaufen 2014) was a national competition held in Berlin in December 2013. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing on the senior, junior, and novice levels. The results were among the criteria used to choose the German teams to the 2014 Winter Olympic Games, World, and European Championships.

Senior results
The 2013–2014 senior competition was held in Berlin-Wedding in the Erika-Hess-Eisstadion from 14–15 December 2013. Annabelle Prolss / Ruben Blommaert and Shari Koch / Christian Nuchtern withdrew from the event.
Lower levels
The junior, youth, and novice competitions were held 9–12 January 2014 at the Eissportzentrum in Oberstdorf.
