The 2013-14 São Vicente Island League season was the 76th (38th since independence) of the competition of the second and third tier football in the island of São Vicente, Cape Verde. Its started on 7 December 2013 and finished on 30 March 2014. The tournament was organized by the São Vicente Regional Football Association (Associação Regional de São Vicente de Futebol, ARSVF). FC Derby won the 10th title and became the second club to possess the most regional titles alongside Académica Mindelo.

CS Mindelense was the defending team of the title. A total of 14 clubs participated in the competition, 8 in the Premier Division and 6 in the Second Division.

Overview

The biggest win was on December 14 where Mindelense defeated Castilho 0-6.

Derby took the position in the first and final rounds, in between Mindelense was the number one position.

Mindelense scored the most numbering 37, both Ponta d'Pom and Castilho scored the least with ten. Third placed Batuque conceded the least with three while Ponta d'Pom conceded the most with 38.

There were no competition on the first week of January and the second week of February due to the regional cup competitions.

Mindelense's final was in the final week of competition, their next loss was in April 2016, it was one of the club records Mindelense would get but not in Cape Verde.
