The 2012 PartyPoker.com Snooker Shoot-Out was a cue sport tournament played under a variation of the standard rules of snooker that took place between 27–29 January 2012 at the Circus Arena in Blackpool, England. The event was sponsored by PartyPoker.com.

Nigel Bond was the defending champion, but he lost in the round one 15–30 against Robert Milkins in a repeat of the 2011 final.

Barry Hawkins won in the final 61–23 against Graeme Dott.
