The 2012 Davis Cup World Group Play-offs were held from September 14 to 16. They were the main play-offs of 2012 Davis Cup. Winners of the playoffs advanced to the 2013 World Group, and losers were relegated to their respective Zonal Regions I.

Bold indicates team has qualified for the 2013 Davis Cup World Group.

Results

  •  Canada,  Germany,  Italy,  Kazakhstan and   Switzerland will remain in the World Group in 2013.
  •  Belgium,  Brazil and  Israel are promoted to the World Group in 2013.
  •  Australia,  Chile,  Netherlands,  South Africa, and  Uzbekistan will remain in Zonal Group I in 2013.
  •  Japan,  Russia and  Sweden are relegated to Zonal Group I in 2013.
