The 2012–13 season of The New Saints F.C. is TNS's 20th consecutive season in the Welsh Premier League along with being the club's 54th season in existence. The club will begin their pre-season friendly schedule in June 2012.

UEFA Champions League
As Champions as the Welsh Premier League in 2011/12, the club join the qualifying rounds stage where they were drawn against reigning Swedish champions Helsingborgs.
Welsh Cup
The club start the season as the reigning holders of the Cup.
Pre-season
The club started its pre-season friendly schedule with a match against Cefn Druids where they ran out comfortable 5-0 winners. This was followed by a 2-0 win against Conwy Borough.
Shropshire Senior Cup
As holders of the trophy, the first round saw the club play against Midlands Alliance club Bridgnorth Town.
