  • Changes from previous season

  • Balzan Youths, Mqabba and Mosta were promoted to the 2011–12 Maltese Premier League.They were replaced with Vittoriosa Stars, relegated from Maltese Premier League 2010-11
  • Msida Saint-Joseph were relegated to the Maltese Second Division 2011-12. They were replaced with Zejtun Corinthians, Rabat Ajax, Naxxar Lions, Birzebbuga St.Peters and St. Patrick F.C all promoted from Maltese Second Division 2010-11.
