The 2010–11 Melbourne Heart FC season was the clubs inaugural season since its establishment in 2009. The club participated in the A-League for the first time, finishing eighth on the ladder, a result not reflecting the overall success of their season, after being placed sixth on the ladder for the better part of the season.

Former Australian international John Aloisi was the Heart's top goalscorer, with eight goals, in his final season in professional football.
