The Montenegrin Cup 2008–09 was the third season of the Montenegrin knockout football tournament. The defending champions were FK Mogren. The competition featured 30 teams. It started on September 17, 2008 and ended on May 13, 2009.
Contents
First round
Last year's finalists Mogren and Budućnost received a bye to the Second Round. The remaining 14 matches were played on September 17 and 18, 2008.
Second round
The first legs were played on October 22 and the second legs were played on November 5, 2008.
Quarterfinals
The first legs were played on November 26 and second on December 10, 2008.
Semifinals
The first legs were played on April 15 and second on April 29, 2009.
