HKFA 7-A-Side Competition 2008–09, officially known as 2008/2009 HKFA Fourway Challenge Cup 7-A-Side Competition due to sponsorship from Fourway Athletics Co Ltd, is the 1st staging of the competition. Competing teams include all local teams under the HKFA leagues, including First Division, Second Division, Third "A" Division and Third "District" Division. The two China team in the First Division League, Xiangxue Eisiti and Sheffies United, do not compete in the competition.

The qualification matches for Third "A" Division League teams were played in Happy Valley Recreation Ground on 17 August 2008. Hi Lee and Ornament had fewer than 7 people to play the games and were subsequently disqualified.
