The women's uneven bars competition at the 2006 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships was held in Aarhus, Denmark.
Nastia Liukin was the defending champion, but lost to last year's bronze medal winner Beth Tweddle, who won the gold medal eventually, and the bronze medal went to Vanessa Ferrari.

Qualification

Chellsie Memmel withdrew from the final, Jana Bieger replaced her.
