2006 K League Championship is postseason championship playoff of 2006 K League. 1st stage winner, 2nd stage winner and overall top two teams are competing the championship. Semi-finals are played one leg, and final is played two legs.

  • First stage winner : Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma
  • Second stage winner : Suwon Samsung Bluewings
  • Top two teams in the overall table : Pohang Steelers and FC Seoul

    Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma won the 2006 K League by the aggregate score of 3-1.
