In the 2006–07 season, USM Alger is competing in the Ligue 1 for the 27th time, as well as the Algerian Cup. It is their 12th consecutive season in the top flight of Algerian football. They will be competing in Ligue 1, the CAF Champions League and the Algerian Cup.
