2004 Ukrainian Figure Skating Championships

The 2004 Ukrainian Figure Skating Championships were the Ukrainian Figure Skating Championships of the 2003-2004 figure skating season. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singles, pair skating and ice dancing on the senior level for the title of national champion of Ukraine. The results of the national championships were used to choose the teams to the 2004 World Figure Skating Championships and the 2004 European Figure Skating Championships.

The 2004 Championships took place between 23 December and 25 December 2003 in Kiev.
