The 2000 Skate Canada International was held from November 2 through 5 at the Hershey Center in Mississauga, Ontario. It was one of six events in the 2000–01 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, an international series of senior-level invitational competitions. Medals were awarded in four disciplines – men's singles, ladies' singles, pairs, and ice dancing. Skaters also earned points towards qualifying for the Grand Prix Final.
