The 1st Pennsylvania Reserve Regiment also known as the 30th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry was an infantry regiment that served in the Union Army during the American Civil War.

Service
The 1st Pennsylvania Reserves was organized in West Chester, Pennsylvania on June 9, 1861 and mustered into the service on July 26, 1861 at Camp Carroll near Baltimore under the command of Colonel Richard Biddle Roberts.
