March 10: Purefoods outplays Ginebra, winning by a 39-point margin, 157-118, in a much-needed victory as the Hotdogs were battling for the last three semifinal berths in the First Conference. Glenn Capacio hit a perfect 6-of-6 from the three-point line and scored 24 points.
July 2: Alvin Patrimonio scored 37 points as Purefoods overcame Swift's Nelson Asaytono's career-high 48 points, to turn back the Swift Mighty Meaties, 110-106, in the match-up between the two teams that played in the All-Filipino finals last season.
July 21: Purefoods came back from 15 points down and repeat over Swift Mighty Meaties, 108-104, at the start of the semifinal round in the All-Filipino Conference, the victory was the Tender Juicy Hotdogs' sixth straight win.
July 23: Purefoods coasted to a 113-105 win over Shell Rimula-X and racked up their seventh win in a row that bolstered their record to 10 wins and 2 losses.
