The 1990–91 BCAFL was the sixth full season of the British Collegiate American Football League, organised by the British Students American Football Association.

Changes from Last Season

With the increase to 19 teams, the four Conferences was merged into Northern & Southern Conferences.

There were three new teams, representing:

Aston University, joining the Southern Conference

University of Cambridge, joining the Southern Conference

University of Leeds, joining the Northern Conference

Newcastle Scholars changed their name to Newcastle Mariners

Sheffield Pirates changed their name to Sheffield Zulus
