Premier Division

The Premier Division featured five new teams:

  • Ashford Town, promoted as runners-up of the Southern Division
  • Dorchester Town, promoted as champions of the Southern Division
  • Leicester United, promoted as runners-up of the Midland Division
  • Nuneaton Borough, relegated from the Football Conference
  • VS Rugby, promoted as champions of the Midland Division
