Premier Division

The Premier Division featured five new teams:

  • Crawley Town, promoted as runners-up of the Southern Division
  • Road-Sea Southampton, promoted as champions of the Southern Division
  • Shepshed Charterhouse, promoted as runners-up of the Midland Division
  • Trowbridge Town, relegated from the Alliance Premier League
  • Willenhall Town, promoted as champions of the Midland Division
