1984–85 Turkish Cup participation

1984–85 Turkish Cup was played for the 23rd season as Federasyon Kupası by 67 teams. Four elimination rounds and finals were played in two-legs elimination system. Mersin İdmanyurdu participated in 1984–85 Turkish Cup and was eliminated at round 1 by Kahramanmaraşspor by away goal rule. Kahramanmaraşspor was eliminated at round 4. Galatasaray won the Cup for the 8th time and was qualified for 1985–86 European Cup Winners' Cup.
