1960 International Meeting of Communist and Workers Parties

In 1960 an International Meeting of Communist and Workers Parties was held in Moscow. It was preceded by a conference of 12 Communist and Workers Parties of Socialist countries held in Moscow November 1957 and the Bucharest Conference of the World Communist and Workers’ Parties in June 1960. Issues discussed at these meetings are associated with the Sino-Soviet split.

Participants were (Soviet sources omit the names of 3 parties; one is believed to have been the CPUSA):
