The 1957 Auburn Tigers football team represented Auburn University in the 1957 college football season. It was the Tigers' 66th overall and 25th season as a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). The team was led by head coach Ralph "Shug" Jordan, in his seventh year, and played their home games at Cliff Hare Stadium in Auburn and Legion Field in Birmingham, Alabama. They finished with a record of ten wins and zero losses (10–0 overall, 7–0 in the SEC), as SEC champions and as AP National Champions.

Auburn was recognized as national champions by the AP Poll even though they were on probation and did not participate in a bowl game. Ohio State was named the national champion by the Coaches' Poll. This was the first of only two times in the history of the AP championship that it was awarded to a team on probation not allowed to participate in a bowl game (it would occur again in 1974 with Oklahoma).
