Overview
Kategoria e Parë 1939 was the 8th season of Albania's annual main competition. It started on July 1, 1939, and ended on September 30th, 1939. Eight teams were separated in two groups of 4 teams each, playing two leg matches with a knock-out system. Group A teams were: SK Tirana, Rinia Korcare, Bashkimi Elbasanas and Dragoj Pogradeci. Group B teams were: Vllaznija, Besa Kavajë, Teuta Durrës and Ismail Qemali.
KF Tirana won the championship.
