The Serie B 1934-1935 was the sixth tournament of this competition played in Italy since its creation. This championship was organized with two gironi and a final round to determine the promoted team.

Contents

Eight teams for each girone were relegated in order to restore the single table. Two teams (one for each girone) retired during the tournament. In Girone A, A.C. Pavia retired after 20 days and only the matches played in the first half of the season (the andata) were considered valid. In Girone B Grion Pola retired after 15 matches and all their matches were voided.
