  • 21 May: Real Madrid was a founding member of The Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA)
  • April: Carlos Padrós, President of Madrid, was the creator of the Madrid Championship.
  • 18 April: After eliminating Recreation San Sebastian from Copa del Rey, Madrid faced Athletic Bilbao in the final and won thanks to a goal by Manuel Prast. This was the first official title in the history of the Club.
