1232 Cortusa, provisional designation 1931 TF2, is a main-belt asteroid, about 33 kilometers in diameter, discovered by German astronomer Karl Reinmuth at Heidelberg Observatory on 10 October 1931.

The asteroid was named after Cortusa, a species of plant in the primrose family.
