Service
The battery was organized in St. Louis, Missouri October 27, 1861, and mustered in for a three-year enlistment under Captain Archibald G. A. Constable.
The battery was attached to Army of the West and Department of the Missouri to March 1862. Artillery, 2nd Division, Army of the Mississippi, to April 1862.
