1030 Vitja is a 75 km main-belt asteroid. It was discovered by Soviet/Russian astronomer Vladimir Aleksandrovich Albitzky on May 25, 1924. Its provisional designation was 1924 RQ. It was named after Viktor Zaslavsky, Russian World War II hero.
