The Squadron consists of a Headquarters and three Signal troops:

  • 899 (Royal Buckinghamshire Yeomanry) Signal Troop - located at Bletchley
  • 805 (Queen's Own Oxfordshire Hussars) Signal Troop - located at Banbury
  • 891 (Warwickshire) Signal Troop - located at Rugby
