İlksen Şermin Özdemir (born September 17, 1988) is a Turkish female ice hockey referee and former figure skater.

Figure skater

Özdemir began her sports career as figure skater. In She participated at the youth girls category of the Triglav Trophy taking the 16th place in 1998, the 20th place in 1999 and ranked 12th in 2002.

She became runner-up in the youth category of the 2001 Turkish Figure skating Championships.

In 2002, she won the silver medal in the youth girls category at the Balkan Figure Skatibg Championships.

Ice hockey official

She serves as a linesman in the Turkish Women's Ice Hockey League, and is member of the Kocaeli Board of Officials.

Özdemir was named international referee by the International Ice Hockey Federation. She was appointed linesman at the 2016 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II Group B tournament matches.
