Ümran Özev (born January 1, 1995) is a Turkish women's football midfielder currently playing in the Turkish Women's First Football League for Konak Belediyespor in İzmir with jersey number 17. She is part of the Turkey women's national U-19 team.

Club
Ümran özev obtained her license on May 16, 2008. She entered Konak Belediyespor in her hometown, where she plays since then. At the end of the 2013–14 season, she enjoyed her team's undefeated champion title, the second consecutive one.
She debuted at the 2014–15 UEFA Women's Champions League qualifying match against Austrian SV Neulengbach on November 14, 2013.
International
Özev was admitted to the Turkey U-15 in 2009. She was part of the national team, which won the bronze medal at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics. She capped 7 times and scored one goal with the national U-15 team.
Between 2010 and 2011, she appeared in nine matches of the Turkey U-17 team. She took part in the team that played at the 2012 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship qualification – Group 7 matches.
